REPORT A CONCERN

You can now immediately report non-emergency problems to the City of Winchester from your smartphone, tablet, or computer, thanks to our new partnership with SeeClickFix.

The City’s Fix It Winchester app (powered by SeeClickFix) helps residents connect with the City online or via their smartphone or tablet to request services or report issues.

Please note: This service is for non-emergency issues only. Because this system is not monitored 24/7, any issues related to public safety or requiring immediate attention (such as downed wires or tree limbs) should be reported directly to the Winchester Police Department’s non-emergency line at 859-745-7400.
